Dealer markups/add ons were difficult to itemize or understand and communication at times was slow. But, overall, would continue to do business here. The removal of one star was to account for a poor experience with the finance department (made it difficult to understand the cost of add ons - extended warranty etc. - and finance employee appeared irritated when I decided against the add-ons once I managed to calculate the additional monthly cost) and poor experience having my windows tinted (tint was part of dealer add-ons, itemized add-ons showed a "5-window tint" on my invoice but they only tinted 2; after some back and forth they eventually tinted the other 3). More

From the second I walked on the lot, I was treated with respect. I was there to get a fleet vehicle and Austyn (knowing he wasn't going to get a sale from me) could not have been more helpful and nice. He respect.
