Last one was this past November even though I no longer live in Lima. The personnel from the sales men/women, financing to the service department personnel have always treated us with respect and always have been curious. Have dealt with (salesmen) John Gould for years and last purchase was with George Pulfer..Highly recommend this dealership for purchasing a new/used vehicle and for the service department. Jeff Sousa was also very helpful getting my recent new Camry vehicle accessories installed. Thanks to the whole team at Allan Nott I have had great experiences with them over the may years. More

This inclu We recently purchased a new Toyota Sequoia. The process only took 24 hours from the initial call until we picked it up at the dealership. This included locating the vehicle in Cleveland, then driving it to Lima for us to obtain the next morning. Everyone was very friendly; they were also very helpful in explaining the vehicle features to us. We highly recommend them to anyone who wants a great experience! More

George and the team are great! After losing my car in an accident, I was pressed for time when it came to replacing it.
