I had planned to drop my car off in the evening for my morning appointment and leave my key in the "night owl" box. As I was approaching the drop box, George came out of the office and accepted my key and checked me in even though my appointment was not until the morning. The next day, George kept me posted on the status of my service and had it ready well before the promised time. Used the drop off service for the first time (where leave car after hours including keys). Loved how the car was already processed when I arrived the next morning, having no wait. Richard greeted me immediately, kept me abreast on repairs (flat tire) and ease of processing out when done. Liked the fact the shuttle service driver popped into waiting room calling out for passengers.

My check battery system light came on & seemed to be making a different noise coming from the engine.
I rushed over to DCH Acura to see my service guy George Rodriguez & he identified the problem as my alternator needing replacement. George immediately had it replaced & had my car back within a couple of hours.
