Waited 30 minutes just to check in when anyone else could have assisted. George was great handling my appointment once he was free. Both Shauna and Yesenia were great in caring and assisting me in resolving my car problems. Shauna provided me with exceptional service, support and professionalism and made sure to follow up with m assisting me in resolving my car problems. Shauna provided me with exceptional service, support and professionalism and made sure to follow up with me until the end. Yesenia went above and beyond making sure I was able to get home safely, took it upon herself to drive me home and pick me up the next day to ensure I had a loaner car the next day. I want to also recognize George for assisting me the next day and making I was being assisted properly. With caring individuals like that your establishment will always be rated a 10 star ⭐️. What had started off as a nightmare ended up working out thanks to your great staff. I also want to make sure that you are aware that the first person assisting was Jonathan and dropped the ball big time and I will never want to deal with him ever again or have him assist me. He was very insensitive and didn’t care about the car problems that I was experiencing. I was told by him when we last spoke that he was there until 7pm. When I arrive at the dealership he was already gone no one was expecting me and no one knew what problems I was experiencing with the car. He was careless and unprofessional!. More
