Yesenia went above and beyond making sure I was able to get home safely, took it upon herself to drive me home and pick me up the next day to ensure I had a loaner car the next day. I want to also recognize George for assisting me the next day and making I was being assisted properly. With caring individuals like that your establishment will always be rated a 10 star ⭐️. What had started off as a nightmare ended up working out thanks to your great staff. I also want to make sure that you are aware that the first person assisting was Jonathan and dropped the ball big time and I will never want to deal with him ever again or have him assist me. He was very insensitive and didn’t care about the car problems that I was experiencing. I was told by him when we last spoke that he was there until 7pm. When I arrive at the dealership he was already gone no one was expecting me and no one knew what problems I was experiencing with the car. He was careless and unprofessional!. More
