George Sarkis is the best service advisor I've had at any dealership. He and Tasca stand by their work and take great care of my Ford vehicles. They don't hassle me with needless upsells. Significant work completed under warranty. Lack of access to parts was no fault of the dealer. Took weeks to get parts. Communication during this time was less than desirable. I have previously responded to a survey and received acknowledgment on 12/23. Service was performed in a timely manner. Heating system still an issue.
