This is the second time we have come to Kelly VW with our automotive needs. On both occasions, George Sousa really excelled at listening to our needs, meeting our financial goals and making sure that we drove away in a perfect car in a record amount of time. Greg, the business manager, made the paperwork quick and painless. We would also like to mention Avery Hammond and the service department for their flexibility and high quality of service. We were consistently impressed with their professionalism in dealing with the service needs of our Jetta. We will certainly be back to Kelly VW to service our new Eos during the leasing period and will look to George to put us into a new car once our current lease expires. More

My husband and I were greeted right away, very pleasantly. We wanted to look around a bit before we asked to go for a test drive, which was not a problem. No pressure, which we liked. We did decide to go for the test drive, combining both highway and local routes. It went well. George explained how features worked. The vehicle is well made and we like the larger size, from previous Jetta models. I especially appreciated being treated as the principle owner, which I am. I had found other dealerships patronizing because I am a female. This was not the case at Kelly's, thankfully. We are looking forward to the dealership moving up by the North Shore Mall, as it will be more accessable there. More

We got a great deal On the car and George was very low pressure and made my wife feel very comfortable most importantly. We would buy again from george and kelly vw. More
