We were in the market for a new car about 10 months before we really wanted to be, and so we were torn between the car we really wanted to buy (a Jetta Sportwagen TDI) and a used van that would just ho before we really wanted to be, and so we were torn between the car we really wanted to buy (a Jetta Sportwagen TDI) and a used van that would just hold us over until next year. The sales crew at Kelly--and especially Steven Ashe--made the choice easy for us in the end. While it took a while to secure a car with the exact options and trim level that we wanted, they eventually snagged one at port (thanks George!). Everything from there on out was super smooth and professionally handled. The whole Kelly VW team worked really well together. More

I had a great experience on President's Day weekend purchasing my new 2013 Passat SE and working with Steve Warren. Contrary to the dreaded pushy, hard-sell, "let me speak to my manager" twenty times d purchasing my new 2013 Passat SE and working with Steve Warren. Contrary to the dreaded pushy, hard-sell, "let me speak to my manager" twenty times during sales process, Steve was courteous, honest and an all-around pleasure to work with. He explained the benefits of VW without resorting to disparaging other vehicle makes which we were considering. Together we were able to hash out a deal both parties were happy with, without spending an eternity at the dealership. After the purchase, Steve walked me through every feature of my new vehicle, making sure I understood how everything functioned. He left me feeling like I could call on him down the road, if I might have a question or issue and that he'd be happy to assist. I would have no problem recommending Steve Warren and Kelly Volkswagen to anyone looking for a fun, affordable and reliable vehicle. More

I was delighted to find that salesperson George Sousa was at Kelly Volkswagen in Danvers, MA. As someone that has purchase previous vehicles from him in the past at another dealership, I recently worked with him again and drove home my new Volkswagen. As a longtime VW salesperson, George is very knowledgeable about the different models and options. Clearly, I also believe that I get a fair deal when I work with George. I also felt the same way at Kelly and was treated well by Jerry Loyack. I never had the feeling that “games” were being played. Both George and Jerry treated me in a straightforward, respectful and courteous manner. I would recommend Kelly Volkswagen, George and Jerry to anyone who is in the market for one of these wonderful, well-made—and fun to drive—cars! As I write this review, it’s been six weeks since I purchased my Volkswagen and the Kelly gang has stayed in touch with me to see if I had any questions about the features of my new car, if I was happy and they offered to arrange my complimentary first service. This is clearly a dealership that wants to develop long-term, satisfied relationships with their customers. More

It is still on my to do list because people who do such an outstanding job deserve praise. I am 55 years old and have been driving since I turned 16 so have purchased a few cars in my day. Some have been new cars, others used. I must say my experience with Kelly Volkswagen was by far the best experience ever! Every aspect of the purchase of my Volkswagen was a favorable one. I was dealing with more than one Volkswagen dealership when recently looking for a car so I had comparisons I could make in the responses to inquiries before driving to the actual dealership, (Mark was great!) friendliness, professionalism, and sales pressure. By far Kelly Volkswagen came light years ahead of others. Not meaning any disrespect, but there are some car salespeople that "try to use fast talking." I found none of that here at Kelly Volkswagen. In fact when discussing the price with George and Gerry I found them to be courteous, treating me like an equal, not a person who knew nothing about what I wanted or what things cost. Danvers is quite a drive for me (coming from the South Shore) and due to traffic it took twice as long or more than my GPS said it would take, but because of my dealings with George Souza and Gerry, and others there at Kelly my husband (who is a VW man) will definitely find the extra miles well worth the trip for future car purchases. All and all, I would rate Kelly Volkswagen, the several employees I dealt with, especially my salesman, George Suoza on a scale from 1-10 a 25. Well Done Kelly Volkswagen - you have won yourselves yet another very satisfied customer and I will be back! More
