Some reasons: 1) Promptness - getting routine service done quickly 2) Specialization - I had a number of questions about the software and electronics on my seven month old Prius Prime. My service manager called in the shop foreman who is also the technical expert on these things. He really knew his way around the user interface and showed me several things I hadn't found and explained some other behaviors I hadn't figured out. And I'm pretty technical. I did have one puzzler that he'd never heard of. His response was appropriate: "If you ever figure it out, let me know". A great technician takes an INTEREST in things like this. 3) Going the "Extra Mile" - I noticed one of your lead service managers helping a fellow customer by attempted to deal with some very minor body surface issues. I had some paint scuffs from an unfortunate encounter with another vehicle's (large) tire. I asked him if he'd take a look at my problem. He did and demonstrated use of a marvelous product - "California Gold Scratch Remover". It worked for my case and I promptly bought a bottle to finish the job with. 4) Comfort - Royal Moore's customer waiting area is first class. When I bought my slightly used 2020 RAV 4 Hybrid at Royal Moore, the customer service was excellent. In March, I went to the car wash, and one of my sensors got pushed in, so I went to have it fixed, and Gre Moore, the customer service was excellent. In March, I went to the car wash, and one of my sensors got pushed in, so I went to have it fixed, and Gresham Toyota was so honest, that they told me that another sensor had come loose, and fallen in to the bumper as it wasn’t attached properly, and suggested that I go back to Royal Moore for correction. So I went back to Royal Moore to have them deal with the issue as it was improperly attached by one of their employees years ago, and they did an amazing job. They took care of me, owned their mistake, and honestly, it was one of the best customer service experiences that I’ve had. I love my car and it runs perfectly! Carmen was absolutely incredible. Carmen was kind, caring, and really put my needs first. He deserves a raise 🌺. I most definitely will be back to Royal Moore for my next vehicle.
