The vehicle buying process was fine while I bought the CX-90 vehicle. However, the finance and sales person completely messed up the title and tag transfer process, and I had to visit the dealership multi CX-90 vehicle. However, the finance and sales person completely messed up the title and tag transfer process, and I had to visit the dealership multiple times to get it resolved. The sales person was very friendly until the vehicle was sold, but then his attitude completely changed after it. He was not cooperative during the title transfer process, and even declined the car wash which is complementary in a lot of dealerships. I am not happy with the overall experience, and would not recommend the sales person to anyone. More
