We basically worked with two people at Scranton Toyota. Doug and George. Both were friendly and helpful. Doug worked hard to get the vehicle we wanted (avalon hybrid). George was there for the delivery of Doug and George. Both were friendly and helpful. Doug worked hard to get the vehicle we wanted (avalon hybrid). George was there for the delivery of the car. I hope the service department is just as good! Overall it was a pleasant experience! More

I had another wonderful Toyota shopping experience and I could not be happier with my new RAV. The entire family is enjoying it! The sale seemed good at first but things started to go south when we met with the finance person Angelo. We arrived at the dealership with our financing so then they wanted to pressure us into buying an south when we met with the finance person Angelo. We arrived at the dealership with our financing so then they wanted to pressure us into buying an extended warranty when we live an hour and a half away to come there to get our tire fixed if something happened to it?? When we said no thank you he got very short with us and seemed irritated that we were not interested in giving them more money. After we got home with the car, I realized that I left my garage door opener in the car I traded. I called George with in an hour and a half of leaving the dealership and he said it was not a problem and that he would send it to me (again, I live an hour and a half away). Well, it's been a month and I'm starting to think that I will never see that door opener at this point. More

sales experience with George Zepherin was good, but later when signing the papers I felt pressured into buying an extended warranty. George Zepherin was Great. He kept his word on my rate and the 48 month payment plan which i needed it to be to purchase the vehicle. I have walked into dealerships where the salesmen have paid no attention to me or were very indifferent to me & in a hurry to be done with me. This was not the case at Toyota of Scranton. My salesman, G paid no attention to me or were very indifferent to me & in a hurry to be done with me. This was not the case at Toyota of Scranton. My salesman, George, was friendly and attentive and listened to my needs right from the beginning. I hadn't meant to buy a Prius, but George convinced me that it was the car for me, and I think he was right. He & the finance specialist spent almost 2 hours with me that first day, and although I had not planned to actually purchase a car that day (I had just begun my search), they had me sold. Another customer stopped in to ask George something, and he praised George & the dealership to me, and I would, and have already, done the same. Even Mary Jo Preno, who I didn't know but exchanged a few words with in the ladies' room, was incredibly friendly, and everyone there that I've had contact with since has been the same. I feel very confident about my car choice and the dealership. I trust that it will do right by me, and that trust is very important. I also like the ToyotaCare, of course, and the year's warranty on the tires. I know that I can get answers to questions I have via the phone, as I've tried that, too. I can't say enough to recommend Toyota of Scranton. I can't see how anyone could go wrong. I'm glad I have my Prius, and I am glad that the dealership is there for me. More

After speaking with Jenna multiple times online as she tried to help my husband and I find a used car that would fit our needs we decided to make the trip to the showroom as she suggested, and we are so g tried to help my husband and I find a used car that would fit our needs we decided to make the trip to the showroom as she suggested, and we are so glad we did. We met with George when we got there and he was AWESOME!!!! He told us "whats up" and didnt try sugar coating things like most salesman. He was real and genuine and worked with us for hours till we got to a price my husband and I were comfortable with. Instead of making payments on a used car George was able to take my lease back early and lease both my husband and I two brand new Corollas for only a few more dollars a month than would have been a used car. We've dealt with three different salesman at Toyota of Scranton but will never deal with a fourth...third times a charm....George is our man...thanks George and thanks Jenna for pointing us in the right direction :) More

I didn't have service work done. I came in to buy a Sienna. At my request, George showed me a used one but the price difference was a consideration in buying the new one. The 0% financing was also a bi Sienna. At my request, George showed me a used one but the price difference was a consideration in buying the new one. The 0% financing was also a big factor in making this purchase. George was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He has a lot of patience evidenced by his answering my myriad questions. Mr Morrissey was very thorough in his explanation of the financing and warranty details. I deemed these staff members to be very trustworthy and professional. No flim-flammery here. I highly recommend this dealership. PS: I like the Sienna!! More
