Everyone I came into contact with was laser focused on providing a 10/10 customer service experience from start to finish, and they succeeded. They were respectful of my budget and my time. They listened to my wants and needs. Most importantly, they used their wealth of knowledge about vehicles to find a vehicle for me that was nothing short of the best that I could comfortably afford, while keeping me solidly inside of my budget, and extremely satisfied with the 2025 Honda Civic I leased. I know that I’ll be recommending Russ Darrow Honda in the future to anyone interested in a new vehicle. There’s no way I could send someone to another dealership. More
