The day I came to purchase they gave me different information and I put the down payment in cash and when I went to pick up the car they gave me different information about loan percentage. When I wa information and I put the down payment in cash and when I went to pick up the car they gave me different information about loan percentage. When I want to cancel the deal because of totally different rates and sales manager came and tells me that if I cancel da deal I’m gonna loose some percentage of down payment. But that was sound like threat not like just statement. Manager was not polite , he was sound like gangster. By the way Then I told him that previous sales person gave some different information and in return manager said sales person made mistake. I told manager that is your guy’s mistake not mine because they supposed to give me correct information before to get my down payment. If they have told me correct information about . I would not be putting any down or making any deal. At the end of the conversation I will not recommend anybody to go to Russ Darrow’s . I bought car from Honda city and other Honda dealers but I never have any bad experience with them that I have with Russ Darrow Mazda people.
