If I can add a 0 star I would.. unfortunately we went there for a specific car we spent 5 hours doing all the paper work once we moved to the financing department they stated some fake lie about how the there for a specific car we spent 5 hours doing all the paper work once we moved to the financing department they stated some fake lie about how the bank couldn’t finance me the car because of the high mileage which doesn’t makes sense at all and was a lie because once we left the car was pulled back to the front office obviously they had someone interested in it who obviously had a high down payment upfront for it cause the next day the car was off the market. I’m upset because that’s not professional at all I was approved but last minute they pulled this bs on me about mileage. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend they at all their interest is about money not about helping families get their dream car . I hate that I wasted 5 hours for them to low ball me into leaving so they can sell it to someone who got there last hour before store closes when I was there for 5hrs approved and almost done signing.. More

I was contacted quickly and asked what was I interested in. I'm glad I chose Town East, the team delivered. Very patient with me, very supportive and understanding, not pushy. The teams main focus was on my satisfaction, from finding the right vehicle to financing best deal, to follow up after sale. Best trade in value on my car. I had a very pleasant experience throughout the whole process, because I knew they cared. Yes, I was working with another agency, I had decided to wait because my terms were not met at the other agency, they did not come close to Town East Ford. I know I got the best deal. Overall, extremely disappointed with Town East Ford, and will never do business with them. I reached out specifically because we’re looking for a 2018 Expedition with a back up camera. I must have mentioned it 5-6 times in conversation as a primary reason for our interest. After getting deep into the process, my wife happened to look up the original window sticker online and see that it doesn’t have the 360 camera. This is after they ran our credit and wasted a couple hours of our time. Adding insult to injury, even after we gave them a shot to make up for their big error, they have the nerve to tell me “the internet price is the best price” and that someone with an 800 FICO is getting 7-10% interest. Obviously, that’s not true, since I can get a 3.9% approved rate from my phone right now in less time than it would take me to drive to their dealership. Either Town East Ford has the worst finance department on the planet, or that’s a flat out lie. Bad faith negotiating and a total lack of professionalism (with the exception of Cas, our salesman). Extremely disappointed at the experience we had at Town East Ford. More
