This dealership is great to work with. I always go back to see Pat Dazzo in particular. He is so helpful, honest and trustworthy. Everyone there is happy to help and in a pleasant mood. This is our 3rd lea to see Pat Dazzo in particular. He is so helpful, honest and trustworthy. Everyone there is happy to help and in a pleasant mood. This is our 3rd lease and we hope to continue the routine for years to come. Also, every time we go in for service they are happy to help and very professional. They tell you what is needed or not needed and what can wait depending on what you have the time or money for. It makes the experience of having to have services done painless and less stressful. When I go here I really feel like I’m a guest and everyone treats you that way from beginning to end. More

After initially being disappointed that the vehicle I had been viewing online was being sold at the exact moment I arrived. I was about to leave until Gerard asked me specifically what I wanted and along wit been viewing online was being sold at the exact moment I arrived. I was about to leave until Gerard asked me specifically what I wanted and along with the assistance of Pat, not only met, but exceeded my expectations. They put me in a later model year of Acura TLX I wanted and also beat the financing plan I had procured with my bank before arriving. Excellent and attentive service, I would and probably will buy my next Acura here. More

Excellent customer service! Our time at Rizza Acura was nothing but pleasant. The sales (Tom and Gerard) and finance (Charles and Chris) staff were very respectable and knowledgeable on the product. All my financial questions and need were also well addresses. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and made us feel at home. Vehicle inventory was well stocked with numerous vehicles to compare and choose from. Would definitely return to Joe Rizza Acura and highly recommend for anyone looking to buy a vehicle and have an enjoyable experience! More
