I lost my only key fob, which meant I had to tow my car to the nearest dealership in order to save money, instead of going to where I purchased originally - Acura, Downtown Chicago. Joe Rizza was closest to my home, but I'd never been there before, yet when I called them for help, they got me in and out the same day.
I will buy my next ACURA From Rizza instead of down town Chicago.
