The car has been good (a used Honda in this case) but the buying experience was not: promised timeframes missed; asked 3 times for the car to be cleaned from the first day we looked at it and forward (orange peels in center console) and still unclean day of pickup. Felt like we were being gaslit every time we spoke to Ge**y: basic things like committed pick-up day (didn’t happen - wasted trip) and cleanliness which were handled as if we were too demanding vs. poor customer service.. Would like to have felt good about this experience but even 2 months later, I don’t. More
