I was one very happy customer with the purchase of my 2025 Toyota Corolla. Gerry Gorham went to great lengths to find exactly what I was looking for. What pleased me the most about your dealership and the salesperson, was that I still felt comfortable enough to reach out to Gerry when there was something this senior citizen couldn't figure out. I know there is an Owner's Manual that came with the car but I am more of a hands-on person. He's been very patient with me. I couldn't figure out how to use the Toyota app on my phone, I called Gerry and he walked me through it. I didn't realize that I had an SOS call button, called Gerry and he explained what it is and what it does, it's a great feature and I have used it now that I know what it is. Most recently, he reminded me that I needed to bring my car in for service and I now have an appointment. I find it refreshing that sales and Gerry aren't through with helping me long after the purchase. I may have other questions and I know it'll be OK to reach out to Gerry again. Great customer service!! More
