We had an amazing experience at Toyota of Braintree, especially working with Sinuo. We came in just a few hours before closing on Mother’s Day simply planning to test drive a RAV4 and check out the new especially working with Sinuo. We came in just a few hours before closing on Mother’s Day simply planning to test drive a RAV4 and check out the new Corolla Cross. From the moment we arrived, Sinuo was extremely friendly, informative, and made us feel comfortable without ever making us feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of our questions and helped make the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Within just a couple of hours, we ended up purchasing a RAV4 Woodland Edition because of how great the experience was. When our vehicle arrived, Sinuo got to us right away and stayed with us throughout the entire closing process to make sure everything went smoothly. His professionalism, patience, and customer service really stood out. We truly appreciate all of his help and highly recommend both Sinuo and Toyota of Braintree to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience! More
