He took the time to answer all of our questions and helped make the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Within just a couple of hours, we ended up purchasing a RAV4 Woodland Edition because of how great the experience was. When our vehicle arrived, Sinuo got to us right away and stayed with us throughout the entire closing process to make sure everything went smoothly. His professionalism, patience, and customer service really stood out.
