When you walk in there isn't any pressure felt yet f you have a question they are there to answer. We have had Jerry Lamb since 2013. He has always been very knowledgeable and has always worked hard to find us the best deal.. I had a bad accident early December and lease was going terminate as was my husband's. Needless to say my husband was able to test drive I could not. I knew I wanted another Civic and Jerry once again spent a lot of time working with my husband to do the best deal. Our salesperson for 2016 and 2019 was Jerry Lamb. He has been a man of kindness, integrity, information and a quiet willingness to do whatever it takes to keep us in the Ide Honda family. There was no pushy attitude when I brought up competitive lease options. Jerry has sincere patience combined with the a unique ability to listen to the customer's needs and concerns. New Ridgeline Purchase 12-12-18 We knew we wanted to test drive a Ridgeline and we wanted to start at IDE Honda because the dealership does so much to support our local community. M We knew we wanted to test drive a Ridgeline and we wanted to start at IDE Honda because the dealership does so much to support our local community. My husband is an employee at Penfield CSD and we are very thankful they give a lease away to a HS Senior each year. We came in on Saturday and the receptionist was very kind and got us connected with Gerry Lamb. We quickly got into a Ridgeline and went on a drive. We enjoyed the ride and were comfortable. Gerry met us after the drive and we discussed our trade, features etc... and had the most harmonious experience we’ve ever had at a dealership. We hadn’t intended on starting the process of buying a Ridgeline that day, but Gerry’s ability to listen and his expertise with all aspects of the buying process provided us with the confidence that we were ready to move forward. Ashley Pierce in the Finance Department was able to simply take us through the remaining steps in the process providing answers to all of our questions and delivering information in a professional non-sales directed way. We are looking forward to continuing our relationship with the dealership and expect our service experience will also exceed our expectations.
