So when our previous car died suddenly with no warning, I was upset and stressed. We hadn't been researching cars and felt totally unprepared to make a good decision. Having purchased cars in the past from Dick Ide Honda we decided that would be our best starting place. Jerry was informative and patiently took us through all the car options. We decided on a Pilot. Then, he and Roberto talked to us to help us decide whether to rent or to buy. They had to track down the vehicle from another location, so they gave us a loaner vehicle while we waited. Within 3 days we were driving our new car. We couldn't be more pleased. What started as a stressful situation turned out be fun and easier than expected. More

We all love Honda, but I have never purchased new. My brother and I decided it was time to replace our current vehicles. We both met with Gerry Lamb, looked at a few different models, test drove, and I decided on the CRV while my brother went with the Odyssey. We found Gerry to be very knowledgeable and he made the entire process very easy! When we came back to pickup the vehicles the receptionist recognized and announced us to Gerry before we even checked in - that is efficient! I could not have asked for more. More

Roberto Galante was a great person to work with throughout our car buying experience. He was honest, down to earth, pleasant, and eager to earn our business. He treated us like family. Gerry Lamb operated in the same manner, honest and professional, as did Rich Lombardi. We had a deal done in a short time, and unlike other places, did not feel taken advantage of. It was a great car buying experience. We were treated like we had been their customers since 1999. We will certainly come back to Ide Honda for all of our automotive needs. I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming, respectful, and personable Roberto and Gerry were, and they made this purchase as easy as possible. There was no hovering, needling, or attempts to upsell. These men listened to what I was looking for, supported my choice of vehicle, and enabled me to move through the buying process without any hesitancy, delays, or frustration. When it came time to change vehicles, there was no doubt I would be back at Ide. This time I am now the proud owner of a 2018 Honda Accord. Gerry Lamb was my leasing agent and was available to answer all my questions - even on his day off! I needed to be sure this upgrade would fit my budget and requested payment plans at various price points. He and Roberto put together all the information I needed to make the right decision. Their product knowledge and willingness to work with their customers makes the easiest, most satisfying dealership I have dealt with in my car buying/leasing experience.
