Gerson was a pleasure to work with. Professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy. I do have a complaint with financing. I was offered a very non - competitive rate (8%) for my cred Professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy. I do have a complaint with financing. I was offered a very non - competitive rate (8%) for my credit score (850) using Lexus financing. The person from finance was not aware that through my personal credit monitoring services, I already knew what banks had run a credit check. When I inquired about why the rate was so high, he claimed it due to age / mileage of the car. I asked what banks were checked, and he listed a few, said they were all the same rate, but ommited one that had been checked. So I asked how was the rate from Bank of America (the one he omitted), and he was a bit surprised I knew about them. I also told him I thought they would have been more competitive…..He quickly sent a note to them, and within 30sec told me BOA would actually provide a loan at 6%. While not a huge loan, 2% is a lot from a rate perspective. I found the whole thing disingenuous, and disappointing. He clearly knew they were better, but committed checking them and offered a far worse rate through the local Lexus financing. I wouldn’t expect such a high end dealership to try to blatantly take advantage of their customers. More

Subject: Follow-Up on My Recent 2018 Lexus GX460 Purchase – VIN [JTJBM7FX1J5209288] – A Few Concerns After 97k Miles Dear Woodlands Lexus/ Gerson, I hope you’re doing well. Three weeks ago I purchased a b – VIN [JTJBM7FX1J5209288] – A Few Concerns After 97k Miles Dear Woodlands Lexus/ Gerson, I hope you’re doing well. Three weeks ago I purchased a beautiful 2018 Lexus GX460 from you with 97,000 miles for $30,xxx My family and I were very excited; it’s exactly the vehicle we wanted. After putting about 800 miles on it and getting to know the truck, I’ve noticed a few issues that I wanted to bring to your attention in case they were missed during the pre-sale inspection or reconditioning process. Specifically: 1. Rear windshield washer does not spray – the front works fine, but the rear sprayer produces no fluid 2. Suspension height is noticeably uneven • Passenger -side rear sits roughly ¾” lower than driver-side rear • Passenger -side front is about ¼” lower This is visible to the eye and measurable at all four wheel wells on level ground. 3. Engine idle fluctuates/hunts between ~500–700 RPM when fully warm in Park or Drive. It is not rock-steady at ~650 RPM like every other GX460 I’ve driven. No check-engine light is on yet, but the fluctuation is very consistent. I completely understand that a 7-year-old vehicle with 97k miles will need some typical maintenance, but I’m a little concerned because these items were not mentioned or disclosed before I purchased the truck, and I would have expected them to be caught in a 100+ point inspection (especially the visibly uneven stance and the idle issue) I’m not looking to “return” the vehicle or cause any drama; I actually really like the GX and plan to keep it for a long time. I just want to get these items corrected properly and make sure nothing more serious is beginning (air suspension leak, failing height sensors, internal engine problem, etc.). Would you be willing to take a quick look at the truck at your next available service appointment. I can bring it in anytime that works for your team. I’d really appreciate your help getting it sorted out so I can move forward with confidence after spending $30k with you. Thank you in advance for your time and for standing behind the vehicle.
