Manager Giankarlo Serrano is the man. I came into this dealership with the hopes of getting a car. I did and didn’t. Situation went from great to worst real fast. Giankarlo’s professionalism and work ethi dealership with the hopes of getting a car. I did and didn’t. Situation went from great to worst real fast. Giankarlo’s professionalism and work ethic is the best I’ve ever seen. He really cares. He promised he wouldn’t leave me stranded and he didn’t. It took a while but with the help of his general manager Adriano Puccini not only did he kept his word but did a lot more than he promised. Because of him I will never buy another car without reaching out for him first. Even if it’s another brand because as he said, IN LIFE IS NOT WHAT YOU KNOW BUT WHO YOU KNOW AND NOW I KNOW HIM. I thought I would never come back to this place but as long as Giankarlo works there trust and believe you are in great hands. More
