Great experience at City World Ford. It started with Gilbert, our salesperson, who was awesome from start to finish. He knew what we were looking for, contacted us when it was available It started with Gilbert, our salesperson, who was awesome from start to finish. He knew what we were looking for, contacted us when it was available and very responsive to all our questions. Gilbert Filpo went out of his way to make it happen. I can’t say enough about him. He knew what I needed when he picked me up at the airport.and I had everything by the time we got to dealership. This I can’t say enough about him. He knew what I needed when he picked me up at the airport.and I had everything by the time we got to dealership. This was a cash transaction and I was there 3 hours plus waiting for closing person to do a 15 minute transaction. Everyone was nice enough but after 30 minutes waiting and god sakes 3 hours.
