Worst dealership they possess the worst qualities in a dealership.Untrustworthy , unreliable, and inaccurate. First of all they over sold a 2019 Jeep Compass with “no accidents “ . Not gonna hold back. People need to know the games this dealership plays. And to be honest they are xxxxxxxx. The general manager did what he had to but that won't stop People need to know the games this dealership plays. And to be honest they are xxxxxxxx. The general manager did what he had to but that won't stop me from letting people know what's going on. These people sold me a lemon and I was in servixe 9x in 5weeks. And they refused to take the car back. I had to contact a lawyer. Post negative reviews in order to get what I needed which was out the car. The car is now for sale 3.000 less than before and the issue is still there. Nelson Munoz General sales manager Anthony Namias Sales manager John Rogo Used car manager All names above are the xxxx bags and poison in this dealership. Not only did they not respect the lemon law but they also broke the breach of contract. All names above kept sending me to service when the paper states if vehicle is in for same repair 3x and not fixed they suppose to take it back. John Rogo is def a piece of xxxx that think he can talk to you how ever he wants. And Nelson also don't know how he is a manager when he is a xxxxxxxx. You people are being warned stay away from this dealership. The 2021 ford mustang that I returned due to being a lemon is back on the lot for sale with the same issue. Don't fall victim to these guys and if you do make sure you don't stop until you get what's right. I bought a 2016 f 150 on feb 5 on feb 8th it started stalling on me it is now march 8th and within a months' time I have been to service 6 different times to find the issue and how ironic that they can' stalling on me it is now march 8th and within a months' time I have been to service 6 different times to find the issue and how ironic that they can't duplicate the problem all everyone keeps telling me is if they can't duplicate the problem there is nothing they can do I have numerous videos of the issue happening when it happens and all the days it has occurred and I went back to the dealer and when I said I don't want the vehicle because if I'm going through what I'm going through a month after I bought the car just image a year or two later and Nelson Muñoz, General Sales Manager and John Rogo, Used Car Manager told me there is really nothing they can do! how funny is that you sell me a car I paid 42,000.00 Dollars for and there is nothing you can do? I'm just supposed to stay with a car that keeps turning off on me and just keep paying a car note for a piece of crap this dealership is a joke I regret ever buying my f150 from them and will be pursuing legal action I urge everyone stay away I've been going through the ringer with them for about a month now and my car is still doing the same thing turning off at stops and they refuse to give me a different car or my money back WORD OF ADVICE RUN RUN AND RUN AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP !!!!!!!!!!!!! The worst experience I ever had buying a car. Within five weeks of me owning a car that I bought straight cash, I had an electrical shortage that prevented my trunk from opening. The service department told me it would take 2 to 3 days to fix. It took three weeks and four days. I bought a Ford Explorer truck. They gave me a rental car of a hatchback sedan. When I said I should get an SUV like the one that I bought, Anthony the manager told me that I have to pay the difference if I want an SUV. I bought a vehicle that sits seven people. And they gave me a car that barely holds five. Of course I did not except the vehicle because it was not going to for fill my needs. Then to top it off, when I said I want to return the vehicle with only five weeks of me owning it. Anthony the manager told me that I will have to trade in my car and take a $9000 loss. Now here I am six months later, and the car is still giving me issues. And I have to keep taking days off from work to get a car serviced, I will never ever buy a car from this dealership again. When I explained all the hard ache and headaches that I have been going through with this car, the manager Anthony said to me and I quote “that’s Business” 🤷🏽♂️. I bought a 2017 Ford Explorer with 8000 miles on it for $30,000 cash. Within a matter of five weeks of me dealing with many issues with the vehicle and asking to replace the car, they only wanted to give me $21,000 value for it. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership. They do not value customers. They just want to get rid of inventory. No matter what issues the vehicles have.
