I was looking to replace my previous lease with a new TLX and from the very first contact, Gillian made sure that the deal would be straight forward, in a very serious and professional manner, from the ver beginning. No cheap sales tactics or undue pressure. Since I was still on my previous lease, it took about six weeks until the deal was closed. In the meanwhile, Gillian kept me up to date on all the new offers and the day of the closing, it took less than two hours to complete everything. Gillian and Crown Acura showed that although there are many online ways to buy a vehicle nowadays, nothing beats an old fashioned honest way of doing business. They made me a customer for life. She spent loads of time with us before the purchase and hours after bringing us up to speed with all of the features. My husband and I fight over who gets to drive the new car. We are past Acura customers from long ago. We have owned a series of Lexus followed most recently with an Infinity. We test drove Audi, Lexus and Infinity before deciding on this vehicle. They are all nice machines, this one just seemed to do all we were looking for. More
