Great service I did an online search of a particular type of used car, and found one at Crown Acura. After submitting an online request to verify availability, I i I did an online search of a particular type of used car, and found one at Crown Acura. After submitting an online request to verify availability, I immediately received a phone call from Gillian Barnes. While the car I had initially asked about was already sold, she took the time to discuss exactly what we were looking for in a vehicle. After getting off the phone, she sent an email with some additional vehicle possibilities, both from her store and other Crown stores. We ultimately did not buy our vehicle from Crown Acura, but I was very grateful for the kindness displayed by Gillian. Searching for cars is never easy, but she was so kind and never pushy! I hope to do business with her in the future. More

As an out-of-state buyer, negotiating the purchasing process of a car can be complicated Gillian Barnes at Crown Acura was so wonderful to work with. As an out-of-state buyer, negotiating the purchasing process of a car can be complicated and daunting. Gillian was so easy to work with, helped me work out everything I needed to do to purchase my vehicle, and helped me make sure I was getting what I wanted by personally going out to the car and taking additional pictures of things that I requested. I flew in to St. Petersburg and she picked me up at the airport and I drove home in my new (gently used) Lexus! Thank you so much to Gillian and everyone else at Crown Acura for making this buying experience so positive. More

New 2015 TLX Purchase We were very satisfied with the cooperation, service and courtesy provided at Crown Acura. After 3 months of test driving similar vehicles at numerou We were very satisfied with the cooperation, service and courtesy provided at Crown Acura. After 3 months of test driving similar vehicles at numerous dealers in Sarasota, Venice and Lakeland Florida, we decided to purchase the vehicle at Crown. Noveed Kanchwala and the Sales Manager Sue Ellen Rumple provided the best price and dealt with a great deal of integrity. Noveed spent a considerable amount of time explaining all the functions with the Tech Package and followed up with a courtesy call the next day. We drove the 70 miles from Venice, Fl to Clearwater Fl because of their outreach to the customer and trust in purchasing a new vehicle. Needless to say my wife Loves her TLX. Linda and Stan Yaro More

Great service, great product. We were looking for a midsize luxury SUV. Once my wife found the Acura she was hooked on it. Gillian and Gary both worked with us on this. Gary too We were looking for a midsize luxury SUV. Once my wife found the Acura she was hooked on it. Gillian and Gary both worked with us on this. Gary took her for the test drive and explained the car and options. The only problem we had was the car was not available in the colors that my wife wanted. Turns out, and we confirmed this, there were only 2 cars in her color selection in the state of Florida. That did not stop them. The dealership arranged a deal with the nearest dealership that had one, 103 miles away, and got the car in for my wife. Because of how this deal was done, they asked for a deposit on the car. Something I could fully understand. We left our trade with them. In the meantime, they gave us a brand new Acura as a loaner car till hers came in. When Gillian called and told us the car was available, we scheduled a time to come in and finish all the paperwork. When we got there, Dana had everything lined up for us. While there was a lot of signing of papers, it was still only a 15 minute stop on our way to ownership. Also, while it is Dana's job to try to sell us add on services and programs, she is not high pressure and allowed us to break out and pay for just the portion we wanted. Prepaid service and maintenance. After all the paperwork, Gillian took my wife and I out to the car, where she had already transferred out plates and the self adhesive sunpass to the new car. She spent about 45 minutes going through every option on the car with my wife and even made sure all the seat memories, radio channels, Bluetooth, and phone options were properly set. By far, the most thorough introduction to a new car we had ever experienced. To sum it all up, from the first time we walked in, to when we pulled off the lot in a brand new RDX, this was a 5 star experience. I highly recommend working with Gillian, Gary, and the whole team at this dealership. More

I always dread the process of trading in a vehicle and purchasing a new one because, historically, it's been a very painful experience. To my surprise, that was not the case at Crown Acura. Gillian was ever professional and exceptionally knowledgeable about the vehicles. She is a delightful person with a warm personality and a great sense of humor. And, perhaps most importantly, I had done quite a bit of research and feel confidant that I received a fair price for my trade and paid a fair price for my MDX. I highly recommend Gillian Barnes and Crown Acura. More
