Gillian Barnes was awesome! She is vey sweet and not pushy trying to sell a vehicle like what I had experienced in the past with other salesman. Love that she took her time to sit in my car and set up all the features for me so I don't have to do it on my own. I never had that kind of assistant when I bought any cars in the past. She also offered to be available to answer any questions anytime regarding my car if I don't want to read the owner manual. If that is not exceptional service then I don't know what it is. Thank you so much Gillian for your great service and I would definitely recommended her for any future Acura owners. More

3 years ago I worked with Gillian Barnes to lease an MDX. She was professional and friendly. She worked to get me the best deal possible. Then she went above and beyond to drive over an hour to help with She was professional and friendly. She worked to get me the best deal possible. Then she went above and beyond to drive over an hour to help with the garage door opener on the MDX. Now I sold my MDX back to Crown. Gillian was once again a delight to work with. I feel I got a very fair price. They didn't try to nit-pick me. More

My MDX battery was drained (my bad) and Gillian went out of her way to help me! She talked me through getting into my car and then sent a coworker to my home to charge my battery. He was there in 15 minute of her way to help me! She talked me through getting into my car and then sent a coworker to my home to charge my battery. He was there in 15 minutes! Very happy with my experience. Gillian was a pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgeable of Acuras, and creates a very positive car buying experience by placing the customer's needs first.
