Gillian Barnes is the best salesperson I’ve ever met. I did everything online and did not meet her until I went in to sign paperwork and pick up my new car. My local Acura dealerships couldn’t come close t did everything online and did not meet her until I went in to sign paperwork and pick up my new car. My local Acura dealerships couldn’t come close to the deal she got me, so I did most of the process through emails and phone calls. Some dealers might treat you like a “tire kicker” and not take you seriously until you show up at the dealership. Gillian was very helpful throughout the entire process. The process was sooo smooth! Not only was Gillian amazing to deal with but everyone else at Crown Acura was great! I visited many Acura dealerships in the area and some add pinstriping and maintenance plans for several thousand dollars. Crown Acura doesn’t do that silly nonsense! Crown Acura seems to understand we all work hard for our money and won’t rip you off. You should visit Crown Acura first, but if you don’t you’ll see what I’m talking about if you visit one of these other dealerships with these “add ons”. It’s hard to trust a salesperson, but Gillian earned my trust and it felt like I knew her for years. I couldn’t be happier with my new MDX, the experience with Gillian Barnes and Crown Acura! I’m actually looking forward to working with Gillian again at the end of my lease. If you visit the dealership to see Gillian or reach out to her, I’m sure you will have a great experience like I did! More
