Gina, my internet contact, did an efficient job of showing me why I wanted to come to Colonial (a considerable distance from my home) to look at a new Jetta. At the dealership, we met Jason Garrett, and he was impressive in every regard--personable, knowledgeable about his product, ready and willing to answer questions, and very effective in helping us to understand why the Jetta we were looking at was a good choice for us. His presentation was low-key and low-pressure, but convincing nonetheless. Jason was also very patient and helpful in helping us with the paper work involved in the purchase, including that related to financing.. It should also be mentioned that the person who met us at the Woonsocket DMV office to handle the registration of our new car was obviously a skilled hand who helped to make an anticipated ordeal surprisingly tolerable. More

No pushy car sales or any of the other things you may dread when purchasing a car. It was a pain free and easy negotiation and we were able to agree on the price and trade quickly. After a few minutes of working with Dino, we were both having fun and he did a great job getting the car ready and going the extra mile to help with all of the insurance and registry paperwork. It was the most enjoyable car buying experience I have had. If you're in the market for a VW I recommend going to Colonial VW in Westborough and I strongly recommend asking for Dino. More
