I almost didn’t buy the car because of the first sales rep chadi he was very unprofessional and couldn’t answer my questions that I had regarding the loan or about the car, he clearly doesn’t know what he rep chadi he was very unprofessional and couldn’t answer my questions that I had regarding the loan or about the car, he clearly doesn’t know what he’s talking about when it comes to anything in sales. He was also dressed very unprofessional and was overall very rude so I walked out of the deal and left, I gave the dealership a second chance after speaking with Gina the next day and explaining what happened. Gina put me with a different sales rep Julianne, she was the absolute best she was able to answer any questions I had about anything and everything and she was very nice and very professional, if it wasn’t for her I would not have bought the car. She took the time to explain and show me everything with the car and everything she did was just above and beyond and it made for a great experience and if I were to buy another car from this dealership it will be through her and her only. Also Derek worked with me to make things right after the horrible experience I had with chadi. So a big thank you to Julianne, Gina, and Derek. More

No Call Back Called to inquire about a VW Touareg they advertised on AutoTrader at 11am on 2/8/2020. It took 8+ rings before a fellow picked up the phone and he as Called to inquire about a VW Touareg they advertised on AutoTrader at 11am on 2/8/2020. It took 8+ rings before a fellow picked up the phone and he asked how he could direct the call. I explained I wanted information on a used VW advertised on AutoTrader and he said he'd put me right through to "Gina" who would be happy to assist me. Gina answered and right after I finished telling her the reason for my call she said "I'm sorry could I put you on hold for a minute?" I said fine. She got back on the call about two long minutes later and I repeated my introduction and gave her the stock number of the car I wanted information on. She then asked for my name and said she would check availability and give me a call right back.. She never called back and it is now 3:54 pm. Now, mistakes happen - it could be a very busy February Saturday at the dealership and/or she may have misplaced my contact information and/or what car I was interested in. But, that's my experience with the dealership and its not a good one. There are too many places to buy cars nowadays to put up with subpar service and I don't particularly care to listen to excuses or apologies. More

Colonial VW had the most aggressive discounts compared to the others. Gina Martinez emailed quotes to me promptly and I then set an appointment with her to meet with a salesperson. Bob Miller met me when I arrived and he proceeded to make the entire process relaxed and stress free. The 38 mile trip was well worth it, to do business with people that actually want to sell vehicles and do what it takes to do so! I could have purchased the car sooner if the sales manager was forthright about the special financing offered at the dealership. I was aware of the special financing rate because I read it on the dea manager was forthright about the special financing offered at the dealership. I was aware of the special financing rate because I read it on the dealer website, however the sales manager said to me “I don’t know where you heard that” and tried to steer me to higher interest rate loan despite my excellent credit rating. I left that day and was told that the financing group would contact me with some options and they never did. It was not until I was sitting at my bank with approved financing and made a call to Colonial VW for paperwork that I was told by a separate sales manager that I had to finance through VW because car is certified pre owned. The interest rate was the 2.99% that the other sales manager had previously told me did not exist!!!!So I wasted time seeking out a loan when this could have been avoided due to inaccurate information. I was a motivated and informed buyer and this dealership could have sold this car to me ten days earlier. Had a good intro conversation with Gina in the Internet Dept. as well as good experience with the salesperson Dino who I kept in touch with after my two visits to test drive. If it wasn’t for my interactions with Dino I would have gone elsewhere. More

The Sales Adviser, Mike Ledowsky from the purchase of the car to the delivery was absolutely "flawless!" This gentleman answered my calls and replied to my texts even on his day, and or, scheduled time off. Mike is truly a one-of-a-kind absolute professional. Since my purchase, I've had a couple of routine service items needing to be addressed. Both Jon Lacey (the Service Adviser) and Billy McGrath (the Service Manager) literally jumped through hoops to remedy my service needs. This is my 3rd purchase from these folks! - Jim Lucido More
