My experience with both my 2002 Highlander and my recent purchase of my 2020 Tacoma has been mostly great! I've never had any conflict with any staff and everyone has been willing to help me out. There was an odd experience when I bought my new Tacoma. I was told it was all ready to take home. As I drove home, the windshield washer fluid appeared to be depleted, so I opened up the hood and found out that the washer fluid hose had been severed. I took it back to have it looked at and the mechanics were confused because it turned out that multiple pieces of the windshield washer fluid tank and hose were missing. How did that get past the maintenance inspection? Regardless of the how the issue came to be, Corwin staff were polite and willing to fix everything. I still feel confident about bringing my truck back for future maintenance and repairs. More
