Great Experience Buying a New Car I recently bought a new car from DCH Lexus of Santa Barbara. I had pretty specific requirements of what I wanted. I worked with Glauco Pergolizzi at I recently bought a new car from DCH Lexus of Santa Barbara. I had pretty specific requirements of what I wanted. I worked with Glauco Pergolizzi at the dealership and he was great. He tried very hard to find the car I wanted and was really helpful during the test driving I did. Turns out I needed to buy the car within a day or so to get the rebate. I live about 1.5 hours away from the dealership so to help me out, Glauco drove my new car up to my house, brought the paperwork, showed me all the great features of the car and then drove my trade in back to Santa Barbara. It worked so well, was so easy. What a great experience. Plus I feel that I did get a good deal. I would definitely recommend Glauco as a great salesperson to work with. More

This was a smooth process I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at DCH Lexus in Santa Barbara. As you can see I gave it 5 stars. This was a smooth process from beginning to end. More specifically I would like to give high praise to my salesman Glauco Pergolizzi. Not only was e extremely genuine and a gentleman to boot, but also a true professional. I did not walk to DCH Lexus at 5pm on a Friday night intent on leaving there with a new vehicle, but the more time I spent talking to Glauco about my situation at that time the more inclined I became. His 25 years of knowledge and experience in auto sales was far superior to that of the salesman that I encountered at local dealerships. His approach is quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. After doing my homework and shopping around I knew the deal that I needed to make things work for me. At no time did I have to go to the mat with Glauco to get that deal. He found a way to make it work in favor and I could not have asked for much more than that. Not only did I get to leave DCH with a brand new Lexus RX, but I also left with my dignity still intact. Thank you Glauco! Thanks also goes out to the finance manager (Sam) who made it possible for a first time buyer like me to get an approval for a loan at such a great rate.
