I started our Hyundai purchase at approximately 3 a.m. via your Online Website Chat (a great convenience for shoppers). The person took my name, email address, and answered my questions. He set up an appointment for my husband and me, asked what we were interested in, and had all of the ducks lined up in a row when we got there. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the showroom, and felt very comfortable while speaking with Glen because he, and all other personnel were wearing masks.
