I was not able to be present so my wife handled all of this purchase and Galen and his team were very kind and gentle with her. She had never done this on her own but they made it so easy with no pressure or games being played (which I hate). We will definitely be back to this location when the need arises! More

I was reviewing my paperwork this morning and noticed another sales agent's name on my worksheet, and immediately called the dealership as I detested that agent and didn't wish him to obtain any kind of credit for any business that I conducted. This is my second purchase from Toyota of Rockwall, and I love the dealership. I've had my car serviced in the dealership and haven't found the culture to be exceptional.
