On a whim, we drove onto the lot with no intention of buying. A beautiful 2016 SRX caught our eye with a listing price that was extremely reasonable. We were met by Joey Fellenbaum who was a delight to deal with. We have never experienced a car salesman who did not pressure for a sale. We decided that night to purchase. At closing, finance manager, Glenn Davis, was extremely knowledgeable and efficiently explained each document and answered every question in detail. When paperwork was complete, Joey met us at the car. He had filled the tank then spent a lengthy amount of time going over the operations of the dashboard. The show room was clean and beautiful. The entire process was very pleasant. We can’t say enough about our experience with Kelly Cadillac and would highly recommend them to anyone! More
