These folks are so friendly and go above and beyond for their customers. My husband and I felt welcome from the moment we walked up to the dealership. Literally, we had called ahead on Thursday evening to look at a used Cadillac we saw on their website. When we arrive Alisha met us at the door and welcomed us as if we were visiting her home. She was awesome to work with as was everyone we met that night. When we arrived Saturday to take delivery of the car again, Alisha met us at the door and welcomed us. They really know how to make you feel part of the family. Even people we didn't directly deal with said "Hi and congratulations". Just awesome!! More

I came to see a preowned CTS with really just the intention of seeing if was a fit for me as I had driven an ATS earlier in the week at another dealership and that model was not. We took the car out and I found that I did like it. Upon returning Geoff Kelly introduced himself to me and I began to feel I was at the right place. Uzma and I sat down and began discussing price. I came in with a free and clear title trade vehicle and a pre approved amount from my bank. My firm intent was that if I was going to buy there would be no checks written that day. Simply title and key exchange. With a little time and open and honest negotiating we reached that place. A big thanks to Uzma and Allen Hartz, General Sales Manager!!! The paperwork was drawn up and the deal was sealed when I realized I did't have my title with me. I had to return home to retrieve it . Finally upon returning I met Glenn Davis and we went through all the necessary signing of paperwork. Glenn went through everything thoroughly with me and more important....openly and honestly. I was there the better part of the day mainly due to not having my title along. Geoff Kelly, the owner of the dealership, stayed involved and engaging the whole time.
