We returned the next morning for a test drive and I knew this was the car I was going to purchase. My husband questioned some chatter in the brakes, and Geoff Kelly was quick to respond and have the Jeep serviced to make sure all was well. As we waited for the finances to be determined, Uzma and I discovered we had friends in common and we enjoyed chatting about our children. Even thought I purchased a Jeep at Kelly Cadillac, Uzma made sure I was comfortable with the features of the Jeep before driving away. 1st class - car buying experience. More

Her main goal was to make sure I was happy with my vehicle and our deal. She took the time to explain the features of the vehicle and provided contact information for any questions I had after leaving. Glenn Davis in financing was also terrific. He explained all the forms thoroughly but in a way that was easily understood. Geoff Kelly stopped in to welcome me to the dealership and provided the history of the vehicle I was interested in. He made sure to visit with me at the end of my visit and was very personable. I plan to be a customer for life! More
