The owner of the dealership took his time to involve himself in my purchase and genuinely cared about my visit and decision. It honestly felt like i was part of the family the entire time of my visit. So I feel I have experience with the car buying process. This purchase (my 7th) was made at Kelly Cadillac, I found the SUV while searching thru the web. I live in the Baltimore area close to Bel air MD and since the dealer is in Lancaster PA I decided to call and find out more info to save the drive. I made the call and Mr Howard Solodky answered and helped me out answering all my questions. He was able to give me a offer for my trade and wrote out all the numbers including all fees with a total and sent to me via email. That saved me a lot of time and pressure from having to go to the dealership and probably make several trips before making a decision. I had all my information and never had to leave the house. Once I got to the dealer the vehicle was sitting right out front all cleaned and ready. As I was in the financial office with Glenn Davis, Howard was doing what he could to make the transaction quick by taking off tags and placing tags on new car all while Glenn was helping us at the same time. Needless to say, the numbers that Howard sent me after my first call were the same numbers Glenn had on the contract! I had no issues at all, was the fastest and smoothest car buying experience ever! Every person at the dealer ship is nice and a joy to be around. I am not used to this living in the Baltimore area. It was definitely worth the drive to by this vehicle in Lancaster. I was greeted warmly by owner Geoff Kelly and worked with Uzma Shafqat to purchase an Escalade. Uzma is not only knowledgeable about Cadillac, but one of the nicest people around and easy to work with. Jon Simmavath in the service dept answered all of my questions about warranties and Glenn Davis explained in detail all of the financial documents we signed (almost like buying a house). All reflect the welcoming, caring, customer oriented attitude that starts at the top with Geoff Kelly. They made the buying process a pleasant one.
