We have bought many cars over the years and Kelly Cadillac was by far our best buying experience. Kim Cerny, our salesperson, could not have been nicer. Kim responded to all our questions and requests promptly and provided a complete price breakdown of all the cost associated with our purchase so there would be no surprises at the dealership. Glenn Davis in the finance office was also a pleasure to work with and clearly explained each document that we had to sign. When we arrived at the dealership to pick up our new car, we were greeted immediately like we were a member of the family. Even the owner, Geoff Kelly, introduced himself and thanked us for our purchase. The entire staff at Kelly Cadillac was professional and friendly.
