I have been to many establishments. I’ve had poor service. Bad management, but never have a seen someone as unprofessional as Eric Frechette and the entire staff at Palm Bay ford. I will never recommend such awful and unprofessional company to anyone ever . I will warn everyone I speak to . You should never bring your car to be Checked for warranty and get your car back in worse condition than it was first brought in . Let’s not forget about the threats they like to throw around on social media messenger threatening to void your warranty if we don’t take down my own personal review of the experience i have had at this dealership ....

Dave Pariso was helpful since the very beginning. Along with other times that we have had any issue arise, it has been taken care of. I would like to point out that no where is perfect and no one is perfect. But I can say Dave has helped at almost every single way of the car buying process and has gone above his duty to make sure his people are taken care of. I appreciate every little step that he has taken on direction with the car I have purchased and would recommend when buying a car from Palm Bay Ford to go to Dave Pariso! Wishing the service department could take some customer service lessons from this man. But Glenn at the head of the service department does a real fine well at keeping his people in track over there as well.

I had my 07 Ford F-150 in Palm Bay Ford for warranty service they inform me that I needed a wiring harness for my window they install the wiring harness on the driver side and I pick my truck up my locks only on my driver's side didn't work no more now you telling me that it'll be an extra $300 to fix their electrical problem that didn't exist before I took my truck there took the backseat out and now my rear passenger seat belt doesn't retract anymore experience getting your truck back with a problem you didn't have when you dropped it off that's what I'm dealing with

I took my truck in for 3 hour pinpoint test more than a week later they still could not figure out what's wrong with my truck plus the customer service reps and manager never followed up with what they said they would do. Also have a bad throttle body that I bought for the parts department and their technicians say it's bad and they refuse to reimburse my money back. And this is after I spoke to the parts manager and he told me he would refund my money back
