We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our pricing and availability. We strive to offer competitive and transparent pricing and availability to all of our customers, and we apologize if we fell short in your case. Once Cadillac schedules a vehicle to be delivered to the dealership, the vehicle information is automatically uploaded in our system and third-party companies, such as cars.com, auto-populates the info to their site. This unfortunately happens to all of our incoming inventory, even if it's a customer's pre-ordered unit. Once the vehicle arrives we have a waiting period for the customer to take ownership, if they fail to respond in a timely manner we are then able to offer it to the public. We understand how frustrating this process can be, I promise, it's not our intention to use pre-sold units as a bait and switch tactic. If you are still considering an Escalade please do not hesitate to contact us directly and we will work diligently to secure you a vehicle that meets your requirements.
