Absolutely Amazing Customer Service! I walked into this dealership with a lot of general apprehension due to a previous experience with another dealership. Mark is amazing at what he does to be a new salesman in the car industry. He presented me with facts and most importantly, ALL of my options that catered to my situation. I am so glad I was able to have Mark help me with my new QX60. If you are in the market for a new Infiniti, then go to Infiniti of Gwinnett and ask for Mark. You will not be disappointed. More

Oustanding service My wife purchased a certified QX30. We were out of state buyers. All the paperwork was done electronically and FedEx overnight. I flew to Atlanta and My wife purchased a certified QX30. We were out of state buyers. All the paperwork was done electronically and FedEx overnight. I flew to Atlanta and was picked up by William Rush after a short ride on the MARTA train. When we got to the dealership, everything was complete. I wasn't even in the dealership for 5 minutes from start to finish. The customer service and attention to detail was perfect. This is what sets Infiniti above the rest thanks to William and the Infiniti team. More

The rating would be higher, but I am waiting for the delivery of the headphones and Remote for the DVD Player. Clara was persistent, but not aggressive from the time I initially contacted the dealership eight months ago! I highly recommend this dealership and especially Clara. More
