I had a bad experience with this dealer. I purchased my vehicle at this dealership and brought it back 2 hours later they refused to help me. The finance manager Goran was very rude and disre I purchased my vehicle at this dealership and brought it back 2 hours later they refused to help me. The finance manager Goran was very rude and disrespectful and advised me that he was going to sue me for returning the vehicle. I tried speaking with the GM and they refuse to assist me or even speak with me. The sales guy Hamber was the only person that was respectful to me throughout my whole process. Worst experience ever purchasing a vehicle. I will not reccomend this dealership. I'm not sure if it was because of my age, gender, or my race. I guess that's something I will never know. More

AWESOME! We went to look at a used QX80. We had no intentions on getting a car that day. We test drove the used car and it was great. Actually it was the longe We went to look at a used QX80. Usually car dealerships only let you drive down the street. Hamber had me drive on the highway which was nice to see how the car really does drive. When we got back to dealership he showed us a new QX80. Long story short we ended up buying the new QX80. We felt NO pressure which was a nice change. I usually won't deal with car salesman because I always feel like they are way to pushy. I can honestly say Hamber and everyone we dealt with at the dealership were GREAT! He was easy going, transparent and even mentioned some special pricing through my corporation that I wasn't aware of. He was honest and helpful throughout our decision process and made things move forward when we decided on a vehicle and a price. After that was done, he made sure the paperwork was lined up and there were no surprises. He helped to get us through financing as quickly as possible. A much better experience than we've had at other dealerships. More
