The Best Car Buying and Service EVER!!! Purchasing my Infiniti began as an unfortunate situation, as I was involved in an accident that totaled out my previously owned VW CC. I enjoyed the service that I received at my previous dealership and thought that their service would not be matched... Boy was I WRONG! The grass is truly greener on this side! From the moment I walked onto the lot, Damir approached my family with the warmest demeanor. My family was a bit conflicted with which model we wanted; however, Damir listened to all of our needs AND wants, and assisted us in a way that was attentive to our desires. Damir did not try to persuade us to buy more car than we wanted or needed. He helped us to find EXACTLY what I wanted. Moreover, a week after purchasing my vehicle, I suffered a flat tire. I went to the South Atlanta Infiniti dealership and learned that all Infiniti dealerships are not the same! I did not have a pleasant experience there... in fact, I had to call Damir and Goran to assist with a claim for my tire. Both men were extremely helpful in resolving the issue. I will NEVER go back there again. To put that into perspective, I live in East Atlanta, and will drive past three other Infiniti dealerships, because Gwinnett Infiniti is just that much more accommodating that ANY other dealership that I have ever encountered. I am very pleased with my experience at Gwinnett Infiniti and I encourage anyone that may be on the fence about where to start their Infiniti experience, to begin HERE! Purchase of CPO 2015 Q50 Due to traffic, I arrived later than my scheduled appointment time and Damir, who I had spoken with on the phone prior to my visit, was with another c Due to traffic, I arrived later than my scheduled appointment time and Damir, who I had spoken with on the phone prior to my visit, was with another customer. He still came out to greet me and set me up with Darryl, his floor partner. Darryl was extremely pleasant to deal with and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel pressured into buying a vehicle. Since I was trading in my old vehicle, he got the appraisal process started before our test drive which saved time upon returning to the dealership. I had arrived late afternoon, so by the time all of the paperwork had been prepared and reviewed with me, it was well after closing time. But both Darryl and Goran took their time in making sure that I was satisfied and never made me feel rushed. It couldn't have been a better car buying experience and I will definitely return when it's time for my next purchase. More
