What made the experience so great is that she listened to my concerns, did not try to push a sale to make a quick commission. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and showed genuine care in making sure I purchased the right vehicle. I went to the dealership to view and discuss a Honda SUV, but fell in love with and purchased the 23 Honda Accord Hybrid Sport, Black on Black on Black. Overall experience went well. Sales guy was great. He followed up on all his promises and found me the car I wanted. Financing took way way too long to get us called back.
