Love my CX5! My husband and I don't make car purchases to often. I have been driving my 4-Runner for 17 years! I bought it when our son was born. After researching for several months, I had narrowed it down to either the Mazda CX5 or Rav 4. After visiting several places and test driving several cars, we found the Mazda a Elk Grove to be the friendliest and most helpful. They definitely put at ease with no high pressure to buy. Rachel was very patient and gave us the time we needed to make our decision. Everyone we worked with provided excellent customer service! I absolutely love my car and my family loves it! So, saying that Rachel was wonderful to work with is a very big compliment. She was very attentive to my questions in the early stages of the inquiry and went the extra mile to stay in touch and bring in other experts when she was unable to answer questions (that is awesome, b/c no one person has all the answers). She was also a fun person to work with, just very good natured. Grant, in finance, also went way above and beyond to make sure I had a deal that fit my budget. He knows his stuff and took the time to explain when I needed more info. He also seems well connected to lending institutions which is very helpful. I walked away with a gorgeous car that I absolutely love~ More

I let her know I had decided on a Mazda 6 after test driving multiple vehicles. She took me on another test drive to remind me of the cars quality and features. After deciding a price crunching numbers and financing was made easy. It did take long to get everything in order on monthly price, signing papers and getting the car out the door but it was for good measure and worth because the reason is they want to make sure they take car of you and get everything in order. It was a great experience and I am grateful that I made the choice to choose this dealership. The ratings they have are there for a reason and its because they make the overall experience of buying a car outstanding. Grant takes his time to run numbers for you and explains everything and Steven is one of the best well organized finance officers i have ever seen and explains everything for you and if you have doubt or questions he will explain the language to you in the contract or warranty. More

Already referring friends to your Dealership Garrett was a great salesperson! I appreciated that he listened when I told him I was test driving several brands and was not interested in talking nu Garrett was a great salesperson! He was quick to follow up with an Email and the following day a call. When I returned the following day with my choice narrowed to two..... he was very thorough in providing information on the vehicle and all the dealership perks. Love the 10 yr 100.000 mile warranty. I also appreciated that when I left to go to my other dealer, he called and stated they would cover the fee for tinting if I returned to but the car. When I did return everything was handled efficiently and professionally! I am returning tomorrow to have my tinting and detailing done, and they are providing a loaner vehicle that I just need to return with gas. Vu Huynh from Nissan handled the Financing paperwork and he also was no pressure and very professional. Grant said he couldn't allow me to place my $8000 downpayment on credit, company rule only allows $5000..... I asked him to make an exception and he said he could not.... that was a bummer but such is life. More

Car buying isn't my favorite thing to do, however Rachel made the process easier. She was extremely responsive via email/text and even came in early to be available for my family and I. She was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and was able to show me all of the features. One of the best things was that while my wife and I were in finance, she kept my 5 year old daughter busy, playing games with her while she worked. Another employee came over and let her play with his iPad. This definitely made the process that much smoother. Grant was very helpful as well. I visited a 2nd time during the week to compare vehicles before making a final selection and Rachel happened to be out of the office, so he had another rep assist me. This brings me to my last employee compliment. Nick Ishihara was great. He brought 2 cars around for me to compare and took me on a few test drives, answered all of my questions, was extremely knowledgeable about each vehicle and it wasn't even his transaction! Over all I had a great experience with Elk Grove Mazda. I've been to a handful of dealerships (all different brands) and this was by far one of the best. They have a great team who provided excellent service. They also have reasonable prices and a great selection of vehicles. I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase. Zoom zoom! J.D. More

Nick Ishihara was head and shoulders above other sales people we met in these other dealerships, and along with the other staff at Elk Grove Mazda he created an experience that was very pleasant, knowledgeable, straight forward and without pressure to buy. We returned at least 3 times to look at different Mazdas and were welcomed in an authentically friendly and low-key manner. Clearly Nick wanted to assist us, and his approach was supported as well by the Sales Managers, and Finance Manager we also dealt with. Our was a fully positive experience and while I list the price above as "good" it also was fair and without gimmicks. More
