Great Customer Service I have bought a few cars in my life, and I must say this was one, if not the best, customer service I have ever received. I did not feel pressured to I have bought a few cars in my life, and I must say this was one, if not the best, customer service I have ever received. I did not feel pressured to buy a vehicle, Garrett went out of his way to explain everything about the cars we were looking at and never hurried us. He and Grant worked with us on every part of buying our vehicle, in a very professional way. I am sorry to say, but we don't remember the name of person who completed the final paper work on our car, but he was also very professional, took time with us an answered all questions, and like the others was a pleasure working with! More

I had received an e-mail from Anthony about trading in my mazda 3 towards a more roomier Mazda 6 and it couldn't have came at a better time because of my new baby on the way!!! When my wife and I came in the experience was great just like before. Garret was very knowledgeable and friendly and was able to assist us with the pros and cons of leasing. After careful consideration we chose leasing because we were able to get the car we wanted with the payments we could afford. He also explained about all the options after our lease term was up. After which we met with Steve in the financing department. He was very informative and made the process easy and painless. I would recommend Mazda of elk grove to anyone and we will be back again!!!! Thanks guys!!!! More

Wonderful buying experience!! The overall buying experience at Elk Grove Mazda could not have been better. We set an appointment to meet with Garrett and we arrived early and were The overall buying experience at Elk Grove Mazda could not have been better. We set an appointment to meet with Garrett and we arrived early and were greated immediatly. Garrett had the car ready for us to view and we immediately started the test drive. It was clear to me that Garrett really knew a lot about the car we were interested in and all of the features it offered. I was impressed to say the least! After a very thorough, nearly hour long test drive, we got the ball rolling on trading in and purchasing our new Mazda. After a little negotiation and dealing with Grant, the sales manager we all agreed on a reasoanble deal. It was near closing time and to make sure we left with the car that night Garrett had the car detailed and filled with a complementery tank of gas before the detail staff left. We moved on to finance and worked with Steve, who is very friendly. He explained options such as pre-paid maintance and extended warranties and was honest about what worked for our driving situation. Upon signing they all made sure we didn't have additional questions and Garrett saw us off by taking pictures for us with our new car. Our experience was top notch and would definitely purchase again with Garrett and Elk Grove Mazda. More

Was a rough start but in the end the job got done!! With my first experience at Mazda was horrible! I had help from Natalie and Anthony! I feel like I wasted my time to accomplish nothing on April 2! Then to be told to come back the next day and I would be able to get a car! I came back the next day to find out that Natalie was not working and what I was told before was not done by Anthony! So I met with Grant , Ratish and Rachel. They all had to fixed what was messed up by Natalie and Anthony! I mean I can sit here all day and talk about my bad service at first but I do not want to discredit my out standing service I got from Grant,Ratish and Rachel that team right there made it all happen. From Grant ensuring my loan. To Ratish always making sure I was doing alright lightening up the situation. But then to Rachel who was working hard to find me the right car. And to Tommy who made the finance and paperwork process smooth. I think if I would have met them the day before I would have left that day with a car then the hassle I was put through! It all worked out with there amazing service! I would like to thank Grant,Ratish and Rachel once again for the well done amazing service! More

(It's such a relief to be able to walk onto a lot and not be "pounced upon" immediately by a seemingly desperate sales team.) Maverick America was a top-notch salesman: friendly, professional, knowledgeable and patient. He understood that we weren't prepared to make a purchase the first time we stopped in, so he kept in touch with us after that visit in an appropriate and casual manner. All of my questions were answered throughout the process, and by the time we returned to the dealership for the second time, we knew this was where we wanted to buy our next car. Mazda clearly makes a quality, highly-rated product - but even more importantly, we wanted our purchase to be supported and backed by a dealership that genuinely cares. Obviously, Mazda of Elk Grove puts their customers first by providing many extras services/benefits with no additional cost. Grant Salge made the negotiation process comfortable, friendly and fair. Once we were turned over to finance, Steve Wray took us through the next steps quickly and with a warm, human touch. Once again, we didn't feel the usual sales pressure that can often happen during financing. The day after making our purchase, Jessie Giles called to schedule installation of the upgrades we purchased. Every step was handled in a caring and upbeat manner that put us, the clients, first.
