He went through the details along with the pros and cons of the car not leaving out any details that would hinder my choice. He was a very kind person who took out the time to show remarkable skills of the cars and what he was conveying to us. The Sales Manager was also thorough and kind in helping out with getting the car and getting the best deal possible. The dealership also took care of making sure that it was clean with having free refreshments to quench a thirst. The pricing for the car was well offered and the sale that was going on for the cars help make a choice in buying the car. The salesman also helped to notify me of what the car has to offer me and why it is a great deal on buying the car an the properties such as the Mazda 3 having a gas economic for driving around. I have been looking online for over a month for a car to replace the Ford Windstar I totaled. I had a very limited budget, meaning I could not exceed the amount of the insurance settlement. I saw the Mercury Villager I eventually purchased online and sent my son, Andrew, over to check it out. I live in San Jose and he lives in Elk Grove. He talked to Garrett several times and Garrett put the car on hold for me until I could come up a day later for a test drive. I had a couple of very specific questions that Garrett researched and answered for me. During the test drive, as I asked more questions, he got the answers for me out of the owners manual, risking car sickness from reading. When we got back to the dealership from the test drive, Garrett introduced me to Grant and Steve. All of them were so friendly and helpful. I never had the feeling it was a hard sell. I was given options for paying, and filled out a fairly small amount of paper work and left happy with my new to me car. One thing I am absolutely pleased with, more than anything else. My name is Pamela, not Pam or any other derivitive. They ALL got it right. It may seem like a small thing, but it made me sure they were LISTENING to me. I walked away from another dealership because they shortened my name. And even though my son was with me, I was the one they talked to. I saw the records of the repairs that had been made on the car, making me feel much better about buying an older car. I was treated with courtesy and respect. I left there feeling like a customer who had bought a $50,000 car and not a $4000 car. Garrett was a joy to work with and I will be sending friends up there from San Jose. More
