We recently purchased a used car (no warranties) by Mazda of Elk Grove. On the drive home, the engine light went on. Mazda of Elk grove has been nothing but superior in how they handled the issue. They did everything in their might to repair the car, they provided us with a loaner car, offered picking up/dropping off of the cars (we are about 113 Miles away), gave us updates and prognosis, and finally refunded the full amount and took the car back. The vehicle I wanted was sold the previous night but I test drove a similar model to make sure this is the model I actually wanted. very hospitable. Grant and Gerlie were very helpful in locating one for me; exact color - in & out, trim and no add-ons. It would be available in a week but I received a call from Gerlie the next day saying it was delivered. The next day I came in, test drove and purchased the vehicle. I worked with Taylor in Finance and he was amazing at breaking down all the add-on coverages in layman's terms, multiple times as there was a list and I kept forgetting which was what. Customizing what I wanted and seeing the price updating right then and there was very helpful in making my final decisions. After the car was detailed, Gerlie went over ALL the ins & outs of the vehicle never missing beat. Also checking in later that evening to make sure we made it home okay. Overall our experience was good, at times we seemed rushed. They offered refreshments and snacks as I waited for the car to be fueled and detailed. The process was fast and everyone truly cared about my experience there. Grant the sales manager was very welcoming offered to answer any lingering questions I may have and introduced me to the service department manager as well Billy Shields whom was also very informative and made me feel at ease if anything should arise with my vehicle.
